  Yuzu Miso is made by combining the zest of the richly fragrant yuzu (a Japanese citrus fruit) with Saikyo Shiromiso.
  Use it in furofuki daikon, yu-doufu (boiled tofu), dengaku ryori, hiyayakko (cold tofu), and other dishes.
